Meet The Team
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tyrek Burton
I hope to be an inspiration to youth around the world not just in Pennsylvania. I started working on the idea of Something to Always Love Inc in 2018 with a goals to change the perception of the way medical professionals look at patients with chronic illnesses when in an emergency room for a crisis. I am a firm believer that if you want change, you can not be scared to take risk others may not want to. I currently volunteer as a Firefighter with the Munhall Volunteer Fire Co. #1 and have done so since the age of 14. I am proud of this accomplishment due to the fact that when I started my career I did not see kids my age going into fields like this. In addition, doctors told me that I could not go into a career of firefighting because of my own battles with Sickle Cell Anemia. As of October of 2022, I have been in this field for 8 years and held a Pennsylvania Interior Fire Fighter certification since 2017 completing my training while attending high school.
Chief Operations Officer
Shiekia Brown
I join the organization to make a difference in the community but also the world! I know something like sickle cell anemia is a topic that needs more awareness especially in ways of prolonging one's life span naturally and physically to have better results. My most favorite thing about working with the people is them knowing we are here & that there are resources in the community they can benefit from. I see myself still continuing my research for my personal hobbies along with proving services to the community.
Chief Communications Officer
Shaheed Ansari
I am a JD candidate with a December 2023 expected graduation date. I am proud that I have lived my life and chased my dream. My fraternity is my inspiration for others as I introduced to successful black men through the fraternity as a child. Seeing college educated black men make six figures is something that I aspire to be and hopefully will be one day.
Chief Administrative Officer
Keyonna Bowser
I joined the organization because I seen an opportunity to learn more about Sickle Cell then I already do. I see the challenges & how hard it was for friends to overcome them. This allows me to help more. I love how Tyy is always getting us to network with others. In 3 years I see myself still in this role but also fulfilling my true dream of owning my own salon.

My goals in this position is to give back to the community I grew up in. I see myself in the youth from the rankin area. I run a mens group for men and teenage boys called menfeel2; a group that allows us men to open up an give testimonies and advise to one another. I love what I do as a man who grew up in the Rankin community with out positive males in my life.
